Minister of Lands and Natural Resources Kwaku Asumah-Cheremah has charged authorities at the Lands Commission to ensure proper and accurate demarcation of the new regions to ensure peace.

He said as the institution mandated to demarcate boundaries they must execute this mandate for effective administration.

Mr. Asumah-Cheremah said this when he received two drones from Micro Ariel Projects based in the U.S.A involved in Flight Research Development for the mapping and Survey Department of the Lands Commission in Accra.

The sector minister said the drones will facilitate the Land administrative project, LAP three, as well as restore public confidence in land administration.

The Executive Secretary of the Lands Commission, Suleimana Mahama, said the drones will help in the 30 days delivery of land titles.

President of Micro Ariel project, Walter Volkman, said the donation of the two drones is a good will gesture to the ministry.

He said the drones were created purposely for survey and mapping and will go a long way to help transform Ghana’s land administration.
