If you were in the market to look like Chris Hemsworth, or at least see what it’s like to work out like him, the actor has launched an app all about his beast mode techniques.

The more you know, right?

The mighty Avenger is known for is henchness so it’s rather philanthropic of him to impart his secrets on new app, Centr.

It’s missing the e, but it’s sure to have the u. Get it? Like you?

Alright, we never said it was a good joke… Anyway, Thor is keen for everyone to work out like him, so he’s gathered his wife Elsa Pataky and other fitness chums that deal in the art of being ripped AF to get us norms into shape just in time for Easter when we ruin our hard work with delicious chocolate and buns.

So nice of him. But, like, just what does it take to look like C Hemsworth?

We’ve seen Chris workout before. We know how hardcore it is. We’re aware of how intense the guy works to take on his crazy film roles and look like the buffest man on the planet.

Only last week up uploaded an Aussie-style workout in which he was doing laps of a tennis court through a range of lunges, bear crawls (or wombat crawls, as Chris dubbed them) and we worked up a sweat just watching.

Luke Zocchi – the actor’s trainer and best pal – previously revealed exactly how the actor stays fit on Australia’s Today Show, giving us the inside scoop on the protein.

To get into the body of Thor, Chris was doing heavy weightlifting for an hour a day, six days a week. Yep. That’s not all, though, as he also counts boxing, pullups, and medicine ball throws and bear crawls while harnessed to resistance bungees fun…in the name of fitness.

Do you still want to work out like Chris?
And what kind of food does the guy eat, you ask? Surely with that level of working out, he can just eat mac and cheese all day errday, right? WRONG. YOU’RE SO WRONG.

According to Zocchi, he eats six times a day, munching on clean protein, vegetables, and brown rice. Variety isn’t the spice of life, apparently.

If you’re still up for the challenge, the app will feature features workouts, meal plans, and mindfulness exercises all helmed by the Australian actor as he just soaks up all the awesomeness of his life by the beach in Byron Bay, Australia.

‘I believe we all have untapped potential,’ Chris’ website read on the launch of Centr. ‘And we all need support to achieve our goals. Centr puts the world’s best in the palm of your hand, to help you develop a healthier body, stronger mind, and a happier life.’

In a swish video accompanying the launch, added to his Instagram this week, spiritual in the way it had a nice little operatic tune behind it, Chris said the famous worthy line of ‘you can be a human doing, rather than simply a human being’.

Woop, there it is. He captioned the inspirational clip that instantly made us feel a tad guilty over cancelling that gym class last night: ‘Hey everybody! I couldn’t be more excited to share a project with you that I’ve been working on for a number of years.

‘My goal was to build a program that takes the guesswork and excuses out of training, eating and living well. @CentrFitgives you access to the same team of world-class experts in health and well-being that I’ve been fortunate enough to learn from over the years, and who have inspired me to live a healthier and happier life…’
