The vulnerability of Accra to floods during rainstorms manifested again Monday night and Tuesday morning when parts of the city and its streets were deeply submerged after more than two hours of severe thunderstorm.
In some parts of the city, trees and a mighty advertising billboard was uprooted.
Meanwhile, some residents at Achimota recount a harrowing experience of floods as a Car Owner is saddened by the drowning of his sprinter bus and a child is alleged to have drowned.
