All is set for the enskinment of the Chairman for People’s National Convention (PNC), Bernard Mornah as “Bisi Naa”, which literary means Youth Leader for the Bimorba land in the North East and the Upper East Regions.
This came to light when some Paramount Chiefs and Queen Mothers of the Bimorbaland paid a courtesy call on the Chiefs and people of the Sankana Traditional Council in the Nadowli Kaleo District of the Upper West Region.
The visit was to officially announce their intention to enskin Bernard Mornah as Youth Leader in Bimorbaland.
Addressing a durbar of chiefs and people of Sankana, the Paramount Chief of Kpikpira, Naaba Dazuur, John Tiiga described Bernard Mornah as a unifier and a man with dignity who has exhibited leadership qualities at both local and national levels.
