Minority Leader Alexander Afenyo-Markin has urged the public to disregard reports of alleged audio or video evidence linking him to extortion.
Speaking to journalists when cultural troupes from Winneba visited his residence in Accra, Mr Afenyo-Markin said he had conducted his parliamentary duties with dignity and without recklessness.
He disclosed that he had resorted to legal action to clear his name, expressing confidence that the courts would bring the matter to a conclusion.
