Founding President of the Noble International Business School, NIBS, Professor Atuahehe Gyimah has asked Parliamentarians to be innovative and creative when implementing the budget.
He said countries that succeed do not just add value to products and services, but rather create value which has the capability to last long.
He made these remarks on the second day of the post budget workshop for Parliamentarians held in the Eastern Region.
