The Electoral Commission (EC) has established a call centre to enable Voters to relay concerns and feedback to the Commission on Election Day.
The objective of the centre, according to the Commission in a statement, is to provide prompt responses to Voters so as to improve the voting experiences on Election Day.
The statement issued on Thursday, December 3, said, “A Toll Free number 0800-100-100 has been secured for this purpose. As such callers will not be charged for calls made to the Toll Free Number.”
“The Call Center will be in operation on Monday the 7th of December, 2020, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.”
“Callers may use any network to contact the Commission’s Officials on this number,” it added.
