A private citizen has filed an application for an interlocutory injunction before the Supreme court to restrain the EC from compiling or taking steps to compile a voters register.
The applicant, Ernest Henry Norgbey is seeking to restrain the Electoral Commission whether through its authorised representative, agents, officials and departments from taking any initiative to compile a register for the 2020 general election pending the final determination of the petition before the Supreme Court.
The case is expected to be heard on Monday.
