Senior Lecturer at the University of Ghana Business School, Professor Godfred Bokpin has cast doubts on the feasibility of some promises made by the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and New Patriotic Party (NPP) in their Manifestos.
According to him, the two major parties did not take into consideration the effects of COVID-19 on Ghana’s economy in formulating their policies.
He told Radio Ghana’s Nathaniel Nartey that both parties only wanted votes, hence such fanciful policies.
Professor Bokpin advised Ghanaians to be moderate in their expectations because whoever wins this year’s election may likely not fulfill the major promises.
