Former President John Dramani Mahama says he is saddened by the passing of the Former NDC Central Regional Minister, Ama Benyiwa Doe. In a post on twitter, the Former President described her as one of the most inspirational icons to have served the NDC and Ghana.
‘’Ama Benyiwa Doe was not only a Politician, but also a gender activist and champion of women’s rights’’, the Former President said.
‘’She was an embodiment of limitless courage, commitment and passion for service. May her soul rest in internal Glory’’, Mr. Mahama wrote.
