Flagbearer of the NDC, John Mahama has raised concern over what he describes as the creation of fear and intimidation in the education sector.
According to him, aspects of the Free SHS Policy have been poorly implemented especially the double-track system.
Mr Mahama promised to fix all the challenges that have come up when he wins power. Mr. Mahama was speaking in Accra.
Touching on uncompleted projects during his tenure, he called for an inventory to be undertaken on such projects so they are completed instead of starting new ones.
