The Ketu South Delegates of the New Patriotic Party have declared hundred percent support for The Vice President, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia in the lead-up to the November 4 delegates’ conference to elect the flagbearer for the 2024 Presidential and Parliamentary elections.
Emmanuel Koffie Nyatsikah, the acting Constituency Chairman in addressing hundreds of NPP supporters during Vice President Tour to Area for campaign at Three Town SHS premises said, “I will like to assure you that come 4th November, we are promising you one hundred percent endorsement”.
According to him, “your Excellency as you can see the crowd, Ketu South is one of the biggest constituencies we have in Ghana or it’s the biggest. We have over 1, 400 delegates and we know, and we know with you as our leader your Excellency things will be better”,
Mr. Nyatsikah again assured that, Ketu South which is known as NDC’s World Bank but they will reduce to a Microfinance Company by 2024,-“your Excellency, once again your coming to Ketu South, to us it’s like the second coming of Jesus Christ”.
Oh is part, the Director of Communications of Dr. Bawumia’s Campaign Team, Nana Akomea, praised the NPP supporters for been bold and courageous in NPP colours in the Ketu South as he urged them not to entertain any fear because, “better things are coming for you in Ketu South and I was telling your brothers in Anlo that NPP supporters in Volta Region are the greatest and the most committed of NPP supporters because it is not comfortable at all to support NPP in Denu in Volta region”.
He said, “your own family will laugh at you, your friends will ridicule you. They will say why you are following this blutor people. When you tell them that this is a national practice, they will say “no look at them they are blutor people”.
He however encouraged them to vote massively for Dr. Bawumia, “you must show the Ashantes that you’ve the numbers, and when I look at your faces I see the sacrifices you have made to become members and supporters of this party.
Today, your sacrifice is going to pay off but it is in your hands to make it pay off and I know that November 4th you will go and you will be voting for yourself by voting for Dr Bawumia.
