Spokesperson for Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum’s campaign, Yaw Opoku Mensah, has issued a passionate call to delegates of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) to adopt the transformation of Ghana as the core principle guiding their choice of a flagbearer for the party.
Speaking ahead of the party’s internal decision making processes, Mr. Opoku Mensah emphasized the importance of electing a leader whose vision aligns with the urgent need to reshape the country’s socio-economic landscape.
He stated, “Let the transformation of our country be your mindset in choosing a flagbearer. We need leadership that is visionary, reform driven, and capable of building on the gains of the past while charting a new, forward-thinking course for our nation.”
According to him, Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum’s track record in education reform, policy innovation, and youth development clearly demonstrates his readiness to take the NPP and Ghana into a new era of transformational leadership.
“Delegates must look beyond rhetoric and examine results. Dr. Adutwum represents the future. His work in transforming Ghana’s education sector alone is proof of what is possible when vision meets commitment,” he noted.
Mr. Opoku Mensah further urged party faithful to resist distractions and focus on the bigger picture of national development.
As the NPP prepares for its crucial internal elections, voices like Mr. Opoku Mensah’s are expected to shape the tone and direction of the campaign, with growing calls for transformational leadership at the heart of party politics.
