The Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu has advised politicians to refrain from attacking personalities and political opponents.
They should rather concentrate on conducting clean campaigns towards this year’s general election.
He said the use of provocative language and attacks on political opponents do not only undermine Ghana’s democracy but retard progress.
Otumfuo Osei Tutu made the remark when NDC Flagbearer John Mahama introduced his running mate, Prof. Naana Opoku Agyemang to him at the Manhyia Palace in Kumasi.
