The Minority Leader, Haruna Iddrissu, has commended government for linking next year’s national budget to the Sustainable Development Goals for the first time.
He, however, expressed concern that the budget was silent on plans to restructure and pay the huge debt of the energy sector.
Mr. Iddrissu was speaking at the opening of a post budget workshop in Koforidua in the Eastern Region for Parliamentarians.
