Vice Presidential Candidate of the NDC, Prof Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang will from today begin a two-day campaign tour of the Upper West region.

A statement from her office said Prof Opoku Agyemang will interact with Chiefs and residents of the region, adding that she will visit Wa Central, Daffiama-Bussie-Issa, Lambussie, Nandom, Lawura among other communities.

Meanwhile former president and Flagbearer of the NDC John Mahama has been touring theAsawase constituency in the Ashanti region. He interacted with Islamic leaders and members of the Zongo community and asked them to vote for the NDC.

According to the former President, it is only the NDC that has provided development for Zongo communities.
