The Okaikoi Central delegates of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), have elected for the second time, Abdul Rasid Issah as its Parliamentary candidate for the 2020 elections.
He polled 427 votes as against his only contender, Nadin Issah Salifu, who polled 414, with a difference of 13 votes.
In a victory speech, he promised to work hard together with the party to annex the seat in 2020.
Presiding Officer for Okaikoi Central Alhaji Yunusah Salifu, declared the results.
