NPP Parliamentary Primaries; No sitting NPP MP in Oti Region

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) is having its election to elect its parliamentary candidates for the 2024 general election.

With this, it has been a busy day for the party.

In the Oti region, there is no election ongoing in the eight Constituencies because NDC won all the eight Constituencies in the 2020 General Election.

The NPP does not have a seat in the Oti Region which makes Oti Region not join other Regions in the ongoing Elections.

The current eight NDC MP in the Oti Region

Helen Adwoa Ntoso (MP Krachi West).

Solomon Kuyon (MP Krachi Nchumuru).

Wisdom Gidisu (MP Krachi East).

Kofi Adam (MP Buem)

John Oti Bless (Mp Nkwanta North).

Hon.Gomado Yao (MP Akan)

Kini Geoffrey (MP Nkwanta South).

Aboagye Kwadwo (MP Biakoye)

Out of the Eight MPs in the Oti Region, seven won the Parliamentary Elections to lead the party in 2024 Elections, only MP for Krachi East Constituency, Wisdom Gidisu lost the election.

Last year, the NPP held an election to elect their Parliamentary Candidates in the orphan Constituencies making Oti Region already having their Parliamentary Candidates.

After the elections today,all the major political parties will now be ready for the 2024 Elections with both parties having their Presidential and Parliamentary Candidates waiting for the running mates to be chosen solidifying the front for the democratic race on December 7, 2024.
