NPP Primaries: Gabriel Kese-Yeboah files nomination to contest Fanteakwa North Constituency seat

A Philanthropist, and a stalwart of the New Patriotic Party, NPP in the Fanteakwa North Constituency, Gabriel Kese-Yeboah has successfully filed his nomination to contest for the NPP Parliamentary Primaries in the Fanteakwa North Constituency of the Eastern Region come January 2024.

This means if the processes go through, Mr. Kese-Yeboah will be contesting the sitting NPP MP for the Constituency, Kwabena Amankwa Asiamahon, who has been in parliament since 2009, having his fourth term in Parliament and seeking for his fifth term. Mr. Kese-Yeboah for years now has been donating to health facilities, schools, the less-privileged and deprived communities among others in the constituency.

The likes of the Begoro District Hospital and the Begoro Presbyterian Senior High School, have all benefitted from the benevolence of Mr. Kese-Yeboah. In an interview with GBC NEWS in Begoro after filing his nomination, Mr. Kese-Yeboah revealed that his intention to lead the party in the constituency is to bring fresh ideas on board that will bring about developmental projects for the constituents.

He noted that for the past years, there has been stagnation in development and there is the need to bring on board new ideas for the change that the grassroots are calling for. Mr. Kese-Yeboah appealed to the delegates in the constituency to remember his good deeds and benevolence and vote for him massively to lead the party in the constituency and subsequently become the MP to bring the development that the constituency requires.

The Fanteakwa North NPP Constituency Secretary, Maxwell Ekutor receiving the files from Mr. Kese-Yeboah noted that so far six aspirants have picked the forms and two have successfully filed their forms. He advised the aspirants and supporters of the various aspirants to be circumspect in their choice of words during their campaigns. Mr. Ekutor noted that he is ready to support any aspirant that the delegates deem fit to lead the party in the constituency.
