National Chairman of the NDC, Samuel Ofosu Ampofo says the Party is done with going to court on Election Petitions.
He said they will ensure the right things are done at the polling stations and collation centres.
Mr. Ampofo said the NDC will go all out in ensuring there is a level playing field for all during the 2024 Elections.
Speaking at a News Conference in Accra, he said the EC seems to be downplaying the important role the Inter-Party Advisory Committee -IPAC plays in the electoral structure of the country.
He said the EC ought to have involved IPAC more in coming out with its reform proposals adding that the EC is gradually losing its credibility.
