The special New Patriotic Party, (NPP) delegates conference, in the six (6) newly created regions ended successfully with Evans Yaw Dapaah from the Kpassa constituency of Nkwanta south emerging as the Regional Chairman by polling 80 percent of votes cast to beat three other contestants.
The elections were held at Dambai College of Education in the capital of the Oti Region.
