More than six thousand persons are expected to cast their vote in the EC’s Special Voting in the Northern Region on Tuesday, December 1.
The Northern Regional Directorate of the EC says the Commission is ready for the exercise, indicating that all logistics are available.
Speaking to journalists in Tamale, the Northern Regional Director of the EC, Lucas Yiryel said the security services, election officials, journalists and other persons whose duties on Election Day will not permit them to vote on December 7, will be taking part in the exercise.
He explained that each constituency will have one designated polling station for the exercise.
