Chairman of the People’s National Convention, PNC, Bernard Mornah says the party’s Delegates Congress to elect national officers and a flag bearer for the 2020 elections will come off on September 19.
This follows a counter statement issued by former Flagbearer of the party, Dr. Edward Mahama which said the National Delegates Congress will be on September 26.
In an interview with Radio Ghana, Mr. Mornah said there is a plot to undermine the constitution of the party.
Mr. Mornah said Dr. Mahama does not have the authority to change the date set by the National Executive Committee of the party.
