President Akufo-Addo will today, September 9, 2021, begin a working tour of the Oti and Volta Regions.
He is expected to inspect ongoing road networks, the Oti Regional Waste Management Plant at Yariga-No.2 as well as 1D1F Cassava and Yam Processing Factories.
The President will pay courtesy calls on the Chiefs and other stakeholders. While in the Volta Region, the President will cut the sod for the China Aid Phase 2 Project at the University of Health and Allied Sciences in Ho.
At Hohoe, the President will inaugurate the Rural Technology and Solution Centre, inspect work on the World Bank Secondary City Market project, pay courtesy calls on the Chiefs of Gbi, inaugurate a Lorry Park and Storm Drain at Anfoega.
Director of Communications at the Presidency, Eugene Arhin said the President would also interact with other stakeholders while on the tour.
