The final lap of President Akufo-Addo’s three-day working tour of the Volta and Oti Regions will see him interacting with students of the Adaklu Senior High School and the Chiefs and people of Adaklu at a durbar to honour him.
He will also inspect progress of work on the Sokode-Ho dual carriage road which has been a major concern to residents due to its slow pace.
The 13 kilometer stretch started in 2016 during the regime of the former administration but contractor of the project, “China Railway Number 5”, has not been stable on site due to delay in payment of work done.
The President will later grace the grand durbar of the 20th anniversary of the students wing of the NPP, TESCON at the Ho Technical University.
