The Speaker of Parliament, Prof. Mike Oquaye will today (July 17), be sworn-in as the President of the Republic of Ghana.
He will act in the absence of President Akufo-Addo who has taken a one week leave and the Vice President, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia who leaves for Canada tonight.
This will be the Speaker’s fourth time of acting as president.
