The Suame Constituency Youth Organizer of the NDC, Razak Koampa Avoliya, is to make his second appearance at the Court today.
He was remanded into police custody at the last court hearing last week after he had been arrested by the Police for making comments alleged to be in breach of parts of the Criminal and Other Offences Act.
According to GBC’s Ashanti Regional Correspondent, Nicholas Osei-Wusu, who is already at the Court monitoring the event, even though the size of the crowd of NDC faithful who besieged the court complex premises at the last adjourned date has substantially reduced, more regional executives and prominent members have started arriving to show solidarity with the accused person.
Also, arriving ahead is a member of his defence legal team, Lawyer Sarfo Duku.
