President John Mahama has called for a fundamental reset of the global development agenda, arguing that the world must reengineer “the very logic of development itself”.
He said the vision of the Accra Reset is to rebuild global cooperation around sovereignty, workability, and shared value.
Delivering a keynote address at a high-level side event in New York themed “Accra Reset: Reimagining Global Governance for Health and Development,” he urged world leaders and experts to embrace stronger international cooperation in health and development.
The event brought together global policymakers to explore new approaches to financing and governance.
