A Public Health Lecturer with the New York State University, Nana Kofi Quakyi has urged employers to take pragmatic steps to protect their staff from contracting coronavirus.
He said the growing cases of COVID-19 at various institutions is heart-wrenching as the level of community spread is increasing.
This makes the gathering of people a fertile ground for the spread of the virus.
Workplaces Nana Quakyi noted are at risk adding that management and workers need to safeguard their health.
