Mr. Bukari observed that: NEDCo is committed to providing quality and affordable service to all its consumers.

It is more expensive for the utility to provide unreliable electricity or poor quality electricity than to provide a good service, if we have too many outages, we use all our time running around to repair the faults, instead of using the time to look around how to bill the customer and how to collect the revenue.

Government has specifically invested so much in extending electricity to the north, though it did not look economically viable, Mr. Bukari added.
