Quiz Master appeals for sponsorship for ‘What do you Know’ Program

GBC’s quiz program ‘What do you Know’ has been one of the longest programs on Ghana  Television (GTV) and therefore described as one of the oldest content on radio and television.

The face of the program has been the quiz master Dan Afari Yeboah. The dexterity, composure, and interest he brings to bear on the program cannot be underestimated.

Dan Afari Yeboah’s persona brings excitement to this all important quiz program.

He  is one of the long serving quiz master of the show, who has been on the show for  over thirty years  and still counting.

Mr. Afari  Yeboah had his education at the Mfantsepim School in Cape Coast and the University of Ghana, Legon.

He was called to the Bar in 1984, and has been practicing law ever since. He worked at the Akufo-Addo, Prempeh and co and later taught law at Faculty Law, School of Administration.

The astute lawyer works at Afari Yeboah and Associates which is an established legal firm engaged in private practice.

He was spotted by producers of the program in 1986.

He says he is gratified by performance of contestants especially when the performance is coming from their own individualistic hard work, adding the production team ensures questions are not leaked to contestants.

Mr. Afari Yeboah who is unhappy about the lack of sponsorship for the program appealed to corporate entities to come on board since it has over the years demonstrated good will to society.

The what do you know program is aired on all GBC networks on Sunday.
