This was after his sample given for test returned positive.

Information Minister, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, disclosed this during a media briefing on Tuesday, July 7, in Accra.

“A development that has come to us this morning is that the Senior Minister has been informed that his sample given for test has returned positive. He will therefore as of today commence treatment for COVID-19 from home.”
