Some Uber drivers have suspended their services indefinitely after two of their drivers showed symptoms of what they suspect to be coronavirus.

Although the two have gone for medical examination and waiting for their samples to be tested, the drivers believe they are at risk since their services expose them to the virus.

A statement signed by Secretary to the Union, Alex Joy Vifa, said they are not adequately prepared to detect, manage and prevent the spread of the disease and as such will be putting their lives and that of riders in danger when they continue their services.
