GFA President Kurt Okraku has boldly proclaimed that the Black Stars have shed their fear of elite opponents, entering their high-stakes friendly against Germany with unshakeable confidence.

Speaking at a fundraiser for Ghana’s 2026 World Cup campaign, Okraku highlighted the mental evolution under Coach Otto Addo, positioning the team as fearless challengers.

“A few years ago, if you heard a fixture like Ghana versus Germany, you’d be afraid, but today, we are very confident The intangible assets that have been put together by Coach Addo and his team will make Ghana proud;” Okraku stated.

The March 30 showdown in Stuttgart serves as a critical benchmark post their World Cup qualification.

This shift in mindset reflects tactical growth and squad maturity, transforming past trepidation into excitement for the fixture.

As part of World Cup prep – following the Austria friendly on March 27 – the game tests Ghana’s resolve against a European powerhouse.

Drawn in Group L with England, Croatia, and Panama, Okraku rejected any underdog narrative. “We fear no foe,” he asserted, rallying support for the summer tournament and framing the Black Stars as genuine contenders on the global stage.

With camp buzzing and key players integrating, Ghanaian fans sense a new era dawning. Okraku’s words ignite hope that Addo’s intangible magic – belief, unity, and grit – will propel the Stars to World Cup glory.
