Ahead of Black Stars’ last Group C game against Coelacanths of Comoros tonight, Cameroonians in the capital city of Yaounde are wholly throwing their weight behind team Ghana.
Cameroonians are in so much excitement due to the Indomitable Lions of Cameroun’s performance in the ongoing African Cup of Nations 2021 (AFCON 2021) after they sealed qualification to the round 16 with 7 points.
On the streets of Yaounde, GBC’s reporter, Tilda Acorlor found a poster on the wall which reads “ Because of Kwame Nkrumah’s history, because of Jerry Rawlings’ history, we love Ghana.”
Black stars who have just a point after two matches against Morocco and Gabon respectively would determine her fate in qualifying in a make or break game against Comoros tonight at 7:00 pm local time.
