Ghana referee Daniel Laryea to officiate CAF Champions League fixture between AS SONIDEP and Al Ahly

Ghanaian referee Daniel Nii Laryea has been appointed to officiate CAF Champions League game between Nigerien champions AS SONIDEP and giants Al Ahlty SC.

The 33-year-old will be the center man for the first leg fixture of the first round of the 2020/2021 competition.

Laryea will be assisted by compatriots Paul Kodzo Atimaka (assistant referee one), Kwasi Acheampong Brobbey (assistant referee two) and Abdul Latif Adaari (fourth official).

Alim Konate Aboubakar from Cameroon will be the Match Commissioner whereas Adamou Tchiouake from Niger serves as the COVID-19 officer for the game.

The game will take place at the Stade Général Senyi Kountche in Niamey, the capital of Niger on Wednesday 23 December 2020.

The second leg of this tie comes off in Cairo on 5/6 January 2021.
