Bechem United moved to sixth position on the 2020/2021 Ghana Premier League log with 30 points after thrashing Aduana FC by four goals to nil on match-day twenty.

A ruthless first-half performance by Bechem United, the home side, which saw goals from Konkoni, Dennis Modzaka and Samuel Adjetey, compounded the woes of Aduana Stars as they stumbled to another shocking away defeat.

In other matches played, Liberty Professionals traveled away to inflict a painful one-nil defeat on Techiman Eleven Wonders. Medeama beat Legon Cities by two goals to one in a game which saw Medeama star Justice Blay suffering a season-ending injury after a vicious tackle from Legon Cities’ Joseph Adjei. In Berekum, the home team had the best laugh after recording a two-one win over Ebusua Dwarfs.

Yesterday, Kumasi-based King Faisal played a one-all draw with Ashanti Gold in the Ashanti Regional derby, while Elmina Sharks defeated West African Football Academy, WAFA by a goal-to-nil.

On Friday, it was a pulsating draw between Accra Great Olympics and Kumasi Asante Kotoko. The game between Accra Hearts of Oak and Inter Allies ended with the phobia boys beating Allies one-nil.
