Ghanaian boxer Isaac Dogboe has reacted to his disappointing defeat at the hands of Nick Ball.
Dogboe competed against Ball in a WBC featherweight title eliminator held at the AO Arena in Manchester, England. Unfortunately, the 29-year-old couldn’t withstand the strength of his opponent, leading to another defeat in his recent matches.
Despite Dogboe’s determined efforts, Ball took control of the fight and secured a unanimous decision victory, maintaining his undefeated record with 19 bouts and 11 knockouts.
This follows Dogboe’s loss to Robeisy Ramirez in April, where he fell short in his attempt to reclaim a world championship title.
Reacting to the latest fight, Dogboe expressed gratitude for the support he received and indicated his readiness to return in 2024.
Quoting Micah 7:7, he expressed his trust in God to see him through.
I Thank GOD for this fight. We didn’t get the decision, I am still grateful and Thanks to everyone who came out to support me. God Bless. See you all in 2024 when GOD permits
