Black Stars and West Ham poster-boy Mohammed Kudus on Friday, January 12, 2024, won big at the 48th Nguvu SWAG Awards held at the Accra International Conference Centre.

Mo Kuku took home the SWAG player of the year (foreign) and Sports Personality of the year. The award saw some big names in the sports industry take home big honours, with Gary Al-Smith emerging as the SWAG Journalist of the year.

Kudus, since his breakthrough into the world of football and sports, has been a huge success moving forward. His impressive form with Ajax caught the attention of many football enthusiasts as he raised the bar for Ghanaian footballers doing well in Europe.

Kudus last summer joined East London side West Ham United. Since joining the Hammers from Ajax, Kudus has quickly left a mark in the minds of West Ham fans with his incredible abilities and skills.

Mohammed Kudus, since his debut for West Ham United, has scored 10 goals in all competitions for the Hammers, including a remarkable six in his debut Premier League season. His classic celebration, sitting on the advertising board, has also been a thing whenever he finds the back of the net.

As Ghana begins its AFCON campaign on Sunday, January 14, 2024, at the Felix Houphouet Boigny Stadium in Abidjan against Cape Verde, Mohammed Kudus will be hoping to continue his impressive form by giving a good impression of himself in the tournament.
