Mohamed Salisu missed training due to slight injury; expected to join today

Real Valladolid central defender Mohammed Salisu Abdul Karim missed out on team training Tuesday, through back injury That’s according to medical reports from the team’s camp.

However, he is expected to return to full training today, (Wednesday) at the Cape Coast Stadium at 5pm.

Born in Accra Ghana, the debutant Salisu started his youth career at Barcelona babies FC and Africa talent before moving on to Valladolid B where he performed creditably well and was promoted to the senior side.

Mohammed is expected to be fit in time to join the team and to be  the ‘life line’ in Coach Appiah’s central defense.

Black Stars team schedule for (Wednesday)

Wednesday November 13, 2019 Pre match press conference by the Black Stars at 12:00 p.m. at the Cape Coast Stadium.

The Head Coach of the Black Stars, Kwesi Appiah and the captain of the team, Andre Ayew will attend this pre-match press conference.

The Black Stars will have its official training session from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The first 15 minutes of this session will be open to the media for filming.

The South African Head Coach and a player will meet the press at 6:00 p.m. before the South African team trains at 7:00 p.m. at the Cape Coast Stadium. The first 15 minutes of the South African training session will be open to the media for filming.

The game is scheduled to take place at the cape coast sports stadium on Thursday evening kick off is at 7pm

The Black Stars will play Sao Tomé four days later in the second group game on Monday.

All games will be live only on GTV ,GTV sports + and all GBC Regional  Radio stations
