Saban Quaye FIRED as Hearts of Oak Team Manager

Hearts of Oak’s disquiet continued on Tuesday, 16 February 2021 with the dismissal of team manager Saban Quaye.

Quaye, a longest-serving member of the club’s technical team, has joined head coach Kosta Papic and ex-Ghana international goalkeeper Ben Owu who resigned on Monday.

Last week, assistant coach Joseph Asare Bediako was the first to tender in his resignation.

According circling reports,  Quaye lost his job for descending heavily on two board members whom he accused of interfering with the job of Papic.

His behaviour was deemed disrespectful and untenable so has been shown the exit,
