Jean-Clair Todibo has joined Schalke 04 on a loan spell from Barcelona until 30th June 2020 for a fee of 1.5 million Euros

The wages of the player will be paid by Schalke 04 and will also have the option of making the deal permanent for 25 million Euros, plus 5 million in add-ons.

If Schalke 04 makes the deal permanent, FC Barcelona maintain an option to buy him back for 50 million Euros, plus 10 million in variables.

Jean-Clair Todibo played five games for Barcelona since his arrival at the club in January 2019 amidst stiff competition with other good defenders.

He made his debut on 15th April 2019 in an away league game at Huesca.
