The Attorney-General (AG) and Minister of Justice, Gloria Akufo says the case against former President of the Ghana Football Association, Kwesi Nyantakyi will be filed in court in a week or two.
Responding to a question on the status of the complaint made by President Akufo-Addo against Mr Nyantakyi which stood in the name of the Member of Parliament (MP) for Mion, Mohammed Abdul-Aziz, Madam Akufo said the death of the principal witness in the case, Ahmed Suale of Tiger Eye PI stalled the preparation of the case.
She said the AG has since finished reviewing the docket presented to it by the CID, after going through all the necessary documents including the raw video recordings of all the incidents.
