The Black Stars of Ghana are expected to face off against Portugal in their first world tournament at 4:00 p.m. GMT at Stadium 974 after their 2:1 win against Switzerland a week ago.

The Black Stars with Mohammed Kudus, Tariq Lamptey, and Thomas Partey clash with Bruno Fernandes, Bernando Silva, and Cristiano Ronaldo, who has been in the news after Manchester United annulled his contract.

Ghana’s previous meeting with Portugal in the world was in 2014 when the team was defeated 2:1.

Ghanaians on social media are excited about the Ghana team performing well at this year’s World Cup, but they are skeptical of a possible win against Portugal today at 4 p.m.
