Hearts of Oak secured their second consecutive 1-0 victory in the Ghana Premier League after narrowly defeating Eleven Wonders at the Accra Sports Stadium on Friday, September 26, 2025.

The Phobians started the game with high intensity, and their early pressure was rewarded in the 17th minute when Enock Asubonteng capitalized on a loose ball inside the box to score following a goalmouth scramble from a corner kick.

Aduana Stars came from behind to claim a vital win at home against Swedru All Blacks on Saturday, September 27. The Fire Boys conceded an early goal but demonstrated resilience as Emmanuel Marfo scored twice to give Aduana back-to-back league victories. Their response underscored the team’s fighting spirit and determination in the league.

Vision FC bounced back strongly from their earlier heavy defeat to Medeama by defeating Hohoe United 2-0 at the Nii Adjei Kraku II Sports Complex on Sunday. Both goals came in quick succession during the second half, helping the hosts return to winning ways and regain momentum at this early stage of the season.

Elsewhere, Heart of Lions continued their impressive start with a 1-0 win over Bechem United at the Kpando Sports Stadium. Substitute Michael Ephson made an immediate impact by scoring in the 59th minute after being introduced at halftime, securing three points for the Lions.

Karela United also maintained their unbeaten record as Felix Mortu’s late strike sealed a 1-0 win against Medeama in Tamale. Matchday 3 also saw Nations FC held to a goalless draw by FC Samartex at the Dr Kwame Kyei Sports Complex.

Additionally, Young Apostles edged Dreams FC by a single goal, highlighting the competitiveness across the league this season.
