Effective today November 1 , mobile phone users will start paying more for services rendered by the Telcos. The Telcos, including Airtel-Tigo, MTN and Vodafone say, the cost of providing their services to the public has gone up, hence the decision.
According to the Ghana Chamber of Telecommunications, the tariff adjustment has also become necessary due to the implementation of the new tax laws.
