Rickety vehicles are the bane of road transportation in Ghana. Even though most vehicles have been certified as road worthy some of them are not truly so in view of their rickety nature.
These vehicles endanger the lives of passengers and cause minor accidents.
Majority of people commute daily on these vehicles. Most passengers use these vehicles out of convenience. Passengers complain bitterly about the ordeal they go through after boarding such vehicles.
According to them, some of the metals in the vehicles give them painful cuts and scars and at times result in tearing their clothes.
