The Upper West Regional Director of the National Road Safety Authority, Mohammed Abdul Samad, says the authority is impressed with the general comportment of transport operators and passengers to social distancing protocols.
Speaking to Radio Ghana on assessments conducted by the authority in the region, he indicated that although people are complying with the protocols, some challenges linger.
Mr. Abdul-Samad observed that some Transport Unions are not observing social distancing protocols, while others are also not taking passenger information to help with contact tracing.
