An Economist at Policy Initiative for Economic Development, Dr. Amartey Anim, says though there is marginal improvement in inflation and stability of the cedi, other economic indicators show all is not well with the economy.
He said couple with this, the country’s credit worthiness is not the best as it has not been able to repay mature loans.
Reacting to the NDC`s State of the Nation Address on News and Current Affairs Programme, “Behind the News”, Dr. Anim said the country finds itself in this current situation because government has so many disjointed policies.
He urged government to align the policies to help grow the economy.
