Music lovers in Ghana will this evening throng the Accra International Conference Centre for 20th edition of the Vodafon Ghana Music Awards.

The annual event has over the years honoured artistes such as Daddy Lumba, Kojo Antwi, Amakye Dede, Pat Thomas among others.

This year, artistes including Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy, Sarkodie, Kwame Eugene, Kidi, Kwasi Arthur and Samini have been tipped to break the charts.

The most enviable award for the night, the ARTISTE of the year would be a tough competition as artiste such as Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy and Sarkodie would be battling for the crown for the evening.

The Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMAS) was introduced by Charter house two decades ago to celebrate Ghanaian musicians and their works.
